Immigration & Human Rights Law


Eimear is an immigration solicitor, with particular expertise in Refugee and Human Rights law, complex EU matters and strategic public law cases. She has worked in the field of immigration for over 8 years, with experience in both the not-for-profit and private sectors.  She regularly represents clients at the First Tier Tribunal, and completed an Advanced Advocacy course in 2011. Eimear is a Law Society Accredited senior caseworker (level 2).

Eimear spent her early career working mainly in the field of civil litigation, before making the transition to immigration and asylum work in 2008. She has delivered training and workshops on all aspects of immigration and Refugee law and has published articles and briefings for the Law Centre NI website and for The Writ magazine.
