Emma Caldwell

Corporate & Commercial Solicitor

Emma qualified in 2005 as a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor having trained at a City firm.

Emma has many years of experience advising UK and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

Emma’s work has generally been split between transactional and contractual matters. On the transactional side she has led a number of large acquisitions where her client has been, for example, a company listed in Holland. On the transactions where she has been the lead lawyer, she negotiated and drafted the main documents as well as supervising the assistants’ preparation of the ancillary documentation. Additionally she has assisted partners on many transactions over the years.

Another part of Emma’s work is drafting and negotiating contracts for clients and at all times advising on potential commercial risks.
