You’ve been to seminars on employment law. You’ve heard talks about employee engagement. But have you attended an interactive seminar that brings the two together?
This seminar is a collaboration between employment lawyer Seema Gill and employee engagement specialist Jasmine Gartner. In this first event, we’ll be examining stress in the workplace from our two different perspectives. Together, we’ll provide some guidance and some practical information.
We also want to give you an opportunity to network with professionals from different businesses.
What will we cover?
The legal view includes:
- The definition and causes of stress at work
- The legal framework
- A managing stress checklist
The employee engagement perspective:
- Why employee engagement is more important than ever
- The drivers of engagement
- How employee voice contributes to well-being & improved productivity
Coffee and tea will be served from 9.00 a.m. The workshop commences at 9.15 am and finishes by 12.00 p.m. There will be networking opportunities during coffee breaks and throughout the morning.
