Alan Sugar begins £1.3m claim against Kingsley Napley over alleged professional negligence
The notorious TV boss ‘Alan Sugar’ is currently setting out to sue his previous lawyers over allegations of professional negligence
The case involves a property deal dispute, with Alan sugar claiming Kingley Napley mishandled efforts over the possession of the property.
A spokesperson for Kinglsey Napley has said: “We are disappointed that this case is being progressed. We deny the claim and will vigorously contest it.”
Alan Watts, a litigation partner at Herbert Smith Freehills, is expected to be be handed the role of litigator over the case.
