Many companies understand the benefits of social media as a platform for engaging their users, however, could their employees be sabotaging that engagement?
Whether intentional or not, its possible that one disgruntled employee decides to vent about work related issues that happened to them on that day, perhaps they’re complaining about the volume of work or perhaps they’re voicing their dislike of certain customers.
