Ashleigh Harold is an award winning specialist regulatory and criminal defence lawyer with extensive experience handling interventions from a wide range of authorities including:- the police, HSE, EA, Trading Standards, CMA, local authorities, Ofsted, BIS and HMRC.
Ashleigh advises both major corporations, directors and private individuals before an incident occurs on contingency planning and protocols to reduce the impact of an investigation through training and improved procedures. Ashleigh advises throughout all stages of the criminal process.
