David Carr is a senior litigation lawyer with many years of experience in Commercial, Real Estate, Litigation and Media matters.
He is very experienced in Probate matters both where there has been a valid Will and where the deceased has died intestate.
He also advises on and drafts commercial contracts and advises businesses on such matters as shareholder agreements and employee share schemes.
David also has considerable experience in commercial property matters, advising clients acquiring leases or freehold premises and related property matters.
David qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and spent several years working in multi-disciplinary North London firm and a generalist. He took a break from the law in 1994 to work in the entertainment world as a scriptwriter and producer before returning to the law in 2001 and starting his own firm on 2003.
Since 2010 he has been working a small two-partner London-based firm and has developed his practice in the area of entertainment, commercial, real estate and litigation and media.
He is a student pilot and continues to maintain an interest in writing and producing. He considers himself an entrepreneurial lawyer with experience not just in the law but also the real world of commerce and media/entertainment.
