“I have pleasure in thanking Seema Gill, of My Business Counsel.

Whilst setting up the new branch to my coaching business, Dr Catherine, Dating Guru ®, I asked Seema to draft a contract (s) for my various associates/employees:

– Secretary
– Photographer
– Stylist
– Coach.

Each required different formats and conditions – rather than create 4 different contracts, Seema was mindful of my budgetary constraints, and created one single contract with different permutations to suit each one.

I would add that the contracts reflected all my concerns re GDPR and non-circumvention – and were delivered in a very timely fashion.

Without reservation, I would be delighted to recommend Seema to other companies and applaud the quality of her work.

Thank-you Seema!”

“Our firm instructed solicitor Seema Gill, to advise us on situation where we had a particularly troublesome employee. Until her involvement, we had been unable to engage with the individual on the subject matter in a meaningful way.

Seema brought method, authority and calmness to what was a difficult situation and efficiently dealt with the matter, whilst also ensuring that our firm’s interests were protected.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Seema to any company looking for sound employment law guidance and support.”

“Working with Seema from My Business Counsel was an enjoyable and simple process. I engaged her services in order to have an employment contract drawn up for a new employee. After a quick and easy client engagement process via email, I talked through my requirements with Seema over the phone. She was very informative in terms of what was legally needed in the contract, which was helpful for someone hiring for the first time. It was also very useful having her walk me through the final contract, explaining the meaning of each clause and reiterating that it was important that my employee knew what each clause meant as well. Choosing Seema to write the contract was also great value for money. I would be happy to engage Seema’s services again in the future.”
